Fetching Apparel guarantees your satisfaction when it comes to our products. We want you to know that you can return your items, as long as they are unworn and unwashed, up to 60 days from the date you place your order. Sale items are non-returnable.
Here’s how it works: If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the item you ordered, please feel free to return it to us within 60 days we and we will gladly exchange it, or give you a full refund (minus the original shipping charge) if accompanied by a receipt. Fetching Apparel is not responsible for incoming shipping costs when it comes to returns or exchanges, but we will gladly ship out your new item free of charge in the case of exchanges within the United States and Canada.

If you receive an item that has a manufacturer defect, we will be happy to send you a prepaid label to make your exchange or return more convenient. Please contact customer support and provide your order number, name, email address, mailing address and a brief description of the defect.
